ACEF Appraisal: Internationally Advanced Modular MSW Technology

The appraisal
In January 2025, Qingfeng, together with the CAS Dalian Institute, developed stable combustion and ultra-low emission technology for small-scale municipal solid waste incineration systems. The technology passed the scientific achievement evaluation organized by the All-China Environment Federation (ACEF).
The conclusion
The review meeting, held at CNEEC, concluded that the technology reached an internationally advanced level. It shortens the flue gas purification process and reduces capital and operating costs.
Why it matters
The technology provides a practical solution and engineering model for the two main challenges of small-scale incineration: unstable operation and difficulty in meeting emission standards.
