Why dioxins form
Dioxins are a key concern in waste incineration. Conventional approaches treat pollutants at the end of the pipe, with long process chains, large footprints and high consumable use.
Source-end suppression with HRDS
Qingfeng's HRDS high-temperature flue gas disposal system operates at 850-1100C, suppressing dioxin formation at the source while removing SO2 and HCl. It was developed with the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics.
Measured results
Compared with traditional systems, HRDS reduces reagent use, energy consumption and fly ash output. The source-end multi-pollutant treatment achieves over 30% reduction in consumables, fly ash and treatment cost.
