Flue Gas Treatment Systems in Waste Incineration

An overview of flue gas treatment in waste incineration, from end-of-pipe solutions to source-end high-temperature multi-pollutant control.

Traditional end-of-pipe solutions

Conventional flue gas treatment combines dry, semi-dry or wet desulfurization, SCR denitration, bag filters and activated carbon injection. The drawbacks are a long process, large footprint and high consumable use.

The source-end alternative

Qingfeng's high-temperature multi-pollutant synergic treatment handles pollutants at the source. HRDS, developed with the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, operates at 850-1100C to remove SO2 and HCl and suppress dioxin formation.

Intelligent control

Self-developed intelligent control with automated monitoring adjusts in real time to waste composition and combustion conditions, keeping purification stable and efficient across varying scenarios.
