Overseas Expansion: Ghana and Indonesia Partnerships

Target markets
Africa, Oceania and Southeast Asia are Zhongke Qingfeng's primary overseas markets. Rapid urbanization and stricter environmental regulation create strong policy-driven demand where large-scale incineration is unsuitable.
Ghana
In 2025, Zhongke Qingfeng signed an exclusive agreement with Ghana to supply no fewer than 30 small-scale waste-to-energy plants. Beyond traditional financing, the company is exploring barter trade in cooperation with Sinomach subsidiaries.
Indonesia
In May 2025, Qingfeng established a strategic partnership with PT Ikonik Sinergi Persada (ISP) to jointly advance small-scale WtE projects in Indonesia. By July 2025, an MOU with Pangkalpinang was signed, with plans to collaborate with Indonesia's sovereign wealth fund Danantara.
