The Waste Incineration Process Step by Step

Combustion
Waste enters the three-stage mechanical grate furnace, where a reciprocating grate provides thorough preheating and combustion. The furnace handles high-moisture, high-ash, low-calorific rural waste while maintaining stable performance.
Flue gas treatment
High-temperature flue gas passes through HRDS treatment at 850-1100C, removing SO2 and HCl and suppressing dioxin formation before emission.
Resource recovery
Bottom ash is screened and magnetically separated to recover scrap iron and produce recycled aggregates. Waste heat boilers recover energy as steam, and flue gas heat is reused to treat leachate and wastewater for zero discharge.
